Product Return Policy

|
If the product you purchased from CPAP Station is
defective in materials and/or workmanship, and you have the original
packaging, call our toll free number within 30 days of receipt for
a return authorization number. We then will exchange the defective
product. Non-defective returns will not be accepted.
The customer will return products that are found defective during the manufacturer's warranty period to CPAP Station. CPAP Station will assist the customer in resolving warranty issues with the manufacturer if needed. If the device or mask is defective within 30 days, we will replace the item. CPAP machines will not be provided while a device is under repair.
No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
