" The mask came with only 2 of the inserts: small and large. The large was way too big, and the small had a slight tear in it near the nose so it leaked a lot. Someone told me that it should have come with three inserts. I ordered (and paid for) the standard size insert. It's working well. "

" The HC431 is the most comfortable and user friendly full face mask system that I've tried so far. It's very easy to keep sanitized and is well built and fitted together. If your prescription requires the use of a full face mask, the HC431 is definitely worth your while trying, especially if other brands/models have been disaapointing. "
